A session with Ms. Aarti C Rajarathnam for the parents of Std V, VI, VII, VIII was held in the Bl. Anne Marie Javouhey auditorium today(02.07.2022). Ms. Aarti addressed the parents about the physiological changes in their daughters, handling their children’s emotions.
Ms. Aarti explained the five important daily routine to be followed food, sleep, exercise, hobby and study schedule. She stressed the need to study at the same place and the same time every day. A few exercises to improve concentration and connection with the brain made the session interesting. The five R’s Reflection, Regulation, Reduce, Restrict , Routine and Relationship was the major focus during the session. The question answer session too was a great success.
The programme ended on a positive note with the Principal’s address.
